I read an article once, where a University prof said exactly that, incessant thinking is bad for you. We are always thinking, what if this, when that happens, what do I do, who should I say this to, what will they feel blah blah-de-hi-de-ho-de-hideoho--de BLAH!
And this pattern reinforces itself, the more we do it, the better off we get at it, the brain rewires itself around all this NOISE!
It's actually tricky to turn it of, as we are always trying to anticipate the future, and always worried that if we do not think about it, we will overlook something, or not be prepared, or forget.
One morning, before going to work, try not to think about work, (or school or what have u), just empty the mind, and think of nothing. It actually gives u a lot of energy, but it takes COURAGE to do it! That's RED PILL, you can escape being trapped in blue pill waffle virtual realitrix domination :)
